Are all your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every single product sold at BRANDS CENTRAL is 100% genuine and authentic. We source all our items directly from brands and do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or imitations — ever. Your trust is our most important asset.
How can I verify the authenticity of my purchase?
All our products come with their original brand packaging, tags, and authenticity markers as provided by the brand. If you ever have a concern about your item, please reach out to our team and we will assist you immediately.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of premium international brands including Michael Kors, Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Guess. Our collection is regularly updated with new arrivals.

Do you deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka?
Yes! We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Whether you're in Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, or anywhere in between — we'll bring your order to your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Orders to Colombo and major cities are usually faster. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details. You can also contact us at any time for an update on your order status.

Do you provide warranty for your products?
Our products are sourced as brand-new, authentic items and are backed by the quality standards of their respective brands. We provide 1 year warranty on watches and 30 days warranty on other products including handbags, wallets, belts etc from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team with your order details and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?
As our products are premium branded items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, don't hesitate to ask us first.

Do you offer instalment or buy-now-pay-later options?
Yes, we have 3 & 6 months, 0% Interest-free instalments for HNB credit cards and 3 months 0% interest-free instalments for Commercial Bank credit cards. We also have buy now, pay later options by Koko & Mintpay. Please contact us to find out about any payment options available.
